The homes that are 7,000 to 10,000 sq ft don't come up for sale very often. They are owned by upper level management who usually stay put until retirement. When they are put up for sale they usually aren't listed either but held in an executive listing and shown to pre qualified buyers. Most of the new larger homes have a three car garage as the standard.
