brief TA on Juniper (JNPR): breaking out here, or trying a mild breakout is underway a swing momentum with high bar of 225, low impulse of 185 seems at work now the recent lows from last two weeks were supported by the 30day MA the momentum swing has 40 pts of potential, which leads to target of 265 yday this baby Cisco attempted to break out (as did several other leading tech stocks) volume has not been sufficiently robust to push the breakout into a sustained stable situation relative strength has been building nicely in last two weeks but the daily stochastic indicator is not convincing now now sitting at a high 80 extreme level it could turn and lose its breakout, or it could continue onward and upward but to continue up, it needs more volume and power fwiw, Jim
