I don't know about that, J. I moved out of tax practice into other areas over 15 years ago. Just keep up with the general tax stuff as any professional would.

But I would guess that you have USA taxable income on the withdrawals if it hasn't been covered by a US-UK tax treaty. You excluded it from US taxable income when you put it in, so guess what happens if you take it out. -g-
