bud, I'm not sure why you are so obsessed with your perception wrt street drugs and the centrality of them to the party's platform.

If the Libertarian's brains are 'fried', then so were the brains of the gentlemen (the Founding Fathers) who started this country as the central precept of the Libertarian Party is to return to running the gov't as they intended.

Yes, doing away with the unjust and demonstrably ineffective and destructive laws against drugs is important, but no more or less so than doing away with all the other deviations that are leading this country down the path of big brother gov't.

Regards,

Barb

"I have no idea what USA Libertarian ideas are".........me either...except I think they
want everyone to be able to buy street drugs at the supermarket and use them
whenever they choose...everything else seems incidental to that basic concept

It is impossible to educate a person who chooses to be ignorant.

But on the off chance that maybe you care to know what USA libertarian ideas are, go read the party platform.

However, if you believe, as you apparently do from your message, that ignorance is bliss, don't. Being a libertarian requires one to think for oneself. It isn't always easy, or comfortable.

Not for everyone. Maybe not for you.
