(NasdaqNM:JDSU - news) (Toronto:JDU.TO - news) with a rating of outperform. -- in a report, set 12-month price target of $130. -- ``JDS has emerged as the dominant merchant vendor in this market. We believe that the company's strategy to acquire technology and capacity and to focus on manufacturing efficiencies are exactly what is needed for success in this market.'' -- shares closed at $106-13/16 on Monday on the Nasdaq market.
