Hi Mike - I agree. Just to be clear about my position. I do not believe outfits like ADI, with a decent balance sheet to begin with, would do any floorless, which is reserved for the back-against-the-wall type mirco cap companies. Quite on the contrary, I am confidence that ADI can do a fairly good bond deal with favorable rate b/c of its financial strength. At the very least, it will likely to get a good rating from S&P, since ADI is a five-star stock from S&P equity research [in which financial strength is one of the criteria, if I am not mistaken.] In this case, ADI deal is likely to attract conservative investors. best, Bosco
