Ian, I warned him yesterday to avoid shorting with the SC decision coming today + stock holding at 60. I cant believe what he just did and posted just at the second SC ruled for msft. Mike

If Naz good to us today we could end up +6 or +7. Folks need to understand that Appeals has already ruled in a prior case for msft. It would be unfathomable to expect a break up now. I would doubt that the SC would even take the case after a well documented Appeals reversal. Maybe even a quick settlement is available so Justice can save face and Msft can save time.
