If you don't feel the current management doesn't have shareholders interests in mind when they make business decisions then one can always vote with there feet. I would think right now they are trying to save the company, similar to the IBM situation a few years ago in the best way they know how. Thats what they are being paid to do. You save it first. Then you decide whether you can grow it or you sell it off to maximize value. If you think this is done on a month or six months your mistaken. All they have done so far is buy breating room but 3 months ago the odds were against them doing that.
