Agreed. When the Court of Appeals orders a new trial, one with witnesses and evidence, this time <g>, I hope MSFT calls me as a witness. As a consumer, my life has been helped immensely by MSFT's products (can you say, "increased productivity"?), which would be a deal at twice the price. This administration just can't stand the thought of history giving credit for the economy to anybody other than itself (they even invented the internet), so they had to vilify the goose that laid the golden egg. It's politically-driven, and unfortunately Jackson was their more-than-willing stooge. jmho
