Hey Isopatch, how about that HGT?

I doubled my position at 13-3/4, and with their yield likely to double I wish I could buy 10x more.

Last time I checked they were 14-11/16.

Got gas? I'm also thinking about BPT - anybody have any info?

Misconception: In the energy markets, supply and demand are unrelated. Prices are determined solely by suppliers, consumers make no decisions and play no part in determining prices.

Jim,

Great list!

How about this one:
- In Saudi, people just stop by an oil well to fill up their tanks, for free.

Cheers, e.

JimL: My favorite, from some Congressman a while back:

The oil companies have kept heating oil expensive by devoting too few rigs to finding it.

This is our US version of the just-drive-by-and-fill-er-up take on Saudi wellheads.

Another misconception:

The need to meet the global oil demand as the global economies strengthen will be achieved in a low oil price environment as oilfield exploration is getting cheaper all the time.
