Re. Institutional buying: I am just about ready to be institutionalized!!! Got hit over the head by INTC on Friday and Monday and today. And....Dell...well I'm patient but I can't wait for September to be over. Tell me Oct will be better. I can't wait for Halloween!

The only thing that's going up these days are the handhelds. PALM, HAND and RIMM are all doing great. If I converted all my DELL and INTC to HAND it would likely do a thumbs down!
