Rande Is: BIG difference between TXN versus LU and T is that TXN has one of the best CEO's in the business, has made astute acquisitions at affordable prices, and has a peerless balance sheet. TXN under $50 is a great buying op -- LU and T are stocks to be avoided, with serious problems (large, slow-growth sectors of their business, CEO's which have lost Wall Street's confidence, decreasing market share).
