<Why I think the NASDAQ is going to move up from here> Although I'm partially invested right now, these wishy-washy moves above and below 50 day moving averages for indices and stocks have me wishing I were totally in cash. Somehow, given the season (Sept/Oct)..I think the sentiment has to become more negative before we can move upwards. And the sentiment doesn't seem to want to get negative enough with simple oscillations around the 50 d MA. Unfortunately, I think some kind of high-volume washout is going to have to occur before we can gather momentum in the opposite (up) direction. -kokomama
