Dan, this talking across boards sucks. It is my understanding that the FDA is in the processes of inspecting the Freeport Facility or may have already done so. I've been told [ADVR south] the product to be used for the trials is from Freeport and a batch is presently being independently analyzed by or for the FDA and that the delay in submitting the INDA has nothing to do with getting the Yonkers manufacturing capability up and running.
