PNW Capital Announces Resignation of Directors

VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 2000--U.S.-based
directors Mr. Joseph L. McFarland Jr. and Mr. Daniel Silva announced
today that they accepted the resignations of Mr. Gary Burnie, Mr.
Wayne Miller and Mr. Barry Miller as directors of PNW Capital
(OTCBB:PNWC).
The resignations of the three directors shall be effective 10 days
after shareholders have received notice under rule 14F. Notice is to
be sent out in the next five business days. McFarland and Silva will
also assume management of the company.
In addition, the company expects to announce details of an
acquisition within the next few days.
