scumbria, They aren't games. You are not being honest when you post here. You claim to have high regard for personal integrity & you are this thread's self-appointed guru (yet you chose to ignore/evade my request for a few emphatic & affirmative statements regarding your honesty on this thread..... hmmmm). Your word is gospel according to you & your over-inflated ego. You make bold claims from your self made throne that are either dishonest or indicate that you are not as smart as you think you are. I.E., you are either dishonest about what you post on this thread or you are dishonest about your supreme intellect. BTW, this is the post I was referring to regarding threats..... Message 1445530 FWIW, it is completely legal for RMBS to not license whom ever they choose. Why would RMBS not use this right to avert unnecessary litigation? I am sure RMBS must feel their IPR is strong as it has been granted in multiple venues. Why should RMBS have not used something that was fully their right to use? Me thinks that only someone who had an agenda would spin this into something it is not. Oh, & it certainly appears to be dishonest to question a company's right to avoid unnecessary litigation via any legal means. We are speaking about RMBS livelihood here, aren't we? Your choice to spin it into something it is not seems to be less than honest for someone claiming such superior intellect & high personal integrity. BTW, this is but one example where your supposed superior intellect is not employed in a reasonable manner particularly when you claim to have high personal integrity. I have no choice buy to determine, once again, that you are intentionally being dishonest.... or you aren't as smart as you claim to be..... either way, your credibility is seriously in doubt. Ö¿Ö
