WS, In modern civilization, having a differing opinion is considered acceptable behavior. You have a different opinion from me, but I do not accuse you of lying. The world is not flat, and the earth is not the center of the universe. It is OK to think differently. This is not the Spanish inquisition or a witch hunt. I consider the SDRAM patents to cover obvious technology, and many of the circumstances surrounding the Rambus claims for SDRAM seem odd. I suspect that the bulk of engineers in this industry share my point of view. I'd like you to focus on the word SDRAM. I have been quite explicit in stating that I do not have any opinion about the DDR patents. I have heard the arguments from both sides, and they both sound legitimate. We will have to wait for the details to come out. Scumbria
