FWIW: ADI's money flow is +$300 million on twice the normal volume.
I am still doing reading on this debt they issued but so far everything I read is more positive than negative.
Simply put with the interest in the bond market ADI may have gotten a deal on money that they simply couldn't pass up.
The conversion cannot be converted for 3 to 5 years and it is at a 45% premium.

Like I say I am not a financial expert but so far the market is not telling me that this is bad and the market usually knows more than any of us.
