yes those numbers are real but the question is what did the AA give those folks to get it.....and JB I am very surprised you would question something I wrote....really now

here are some other real numbers I am stealing from Sandintoe's favorite person on the infospace thread....based on an article that came out yesterday detailing expected web users by 2003. Assuming $1.50 for infospace piece of the action per user these figures come out for infospace revenues. This is based on cut contracts with wireless companies and not including any m-commerce or any other revenues from any source.....this is why the AA says we are going to 500 by 2003....if this really comes true I will really kiss the AA's A in Macy's window.

115 Million SUBSCRIBERS by 2003 in the U.S.??
254 Million SUBSCRIBERS by 2003 in Europe??
Does Infospace have approximately 90% of the U.S. and 50% of Europe? Based on a status quo in market share over the next 3 years are the following #'s accurate?
U.S.
115 Million subscribers x 90% = 103 Million subscribers
103 Million x $1.50/month = $154 Million per month
Europe
254 Million subscribers x 50% = 127 Million subscribers
127 Million x $1.50/month = $190 Million per month
$344 Million per month??
$4.1 Billion per year in revenue by 2003 without factoring in further growth in market share or its narrowband and broadband business???

Does this boost up that meter any?
