Ken... Buying into a used Taiwan memory design sounds different than what you have been saying about lack of state of the art etc... I am saying, and you seem to agree (reluctantly) that this isn't a technical decision, but rather it is management execution on strategy.. I see between us the old half full, half empty logic. Guess it depends on point of view. So far, execution appears pretty darned good, and they are still maintaining their promises of revenue. I assume their promises of backlog are good also, which should assure us of another coming quarter of good sequential growth. pete
