CACS has been pounded. I have traded this in the past, but have been out for a while. I think part of the panic is that Telcos are perceived as slowing down their spending, and the departure of several key sales execs at CACS recently. Shorts are heavy on this one, and I am considering taking a position again in anticipation that the shorts will cover soon.

Its been ugly, and I am not sure whats going on. There has been a lot of institutional selling, probably for one of two reasons: Fear that telecoms will cut back spending on equipment, thus hurting future earnings of this sector or some bad news that the little guy has not heard yet. I think
insiders may be selling into the weakness also. Plus a lot of short positions all add up to the destruction of this stock. If bad news comes out the SEC should be notified about the leak of any information.
