I have no idea. I think the market may determine where Intel goes, or Intel will determine where the market goes.

For now, it appears both want to go down.

No. There might be small dead cat bounce from time to time, but it'll sell off just before INTC's next 3~5 earnings. So I don't see real bounce back for the next 12~16 months.
