Show me the Clinton proposal to outlaw handguns. Never happened. Even he's not that bold. The term "assult weapon" is meaningless.

Clinton tried to ban handguns and assault weapons as you remember and that the NRA and republicans beat it back in the congress...

Bush lost the NRA vote from banning the AK 47. Secretary of the treasury LLoyd Bentson let 300,000 in.
