I tend to be non biased but 16 months is a long time for one of the largest companies on the globe (NASDAQ:INTC) to trade flat or downhill. Companies with as much cash as Intel tend to be able to spend small fortunes just restructuring the problem, then they once again pull in revenues that prop them right back to where they were before.
