you're welcome, david. now do me a favor. if you hear back from either of the two addresses i provided, please let me know. i'd like to develop some valid contacts within PALM for this sort of thing. the feedback will be a plus. the last time i emailed this fellow (wootten) i did not receive a response. it was pertaining to a complaint someone on the thread had voiced about the PALM displays in their local staples store not being very educational. a case could be made that a reply was not absolutely necessary, but still, i am left wondering if he is a 'cooperating' contact. i know he forwarded my jornada banner ad concern to the proper legal beagle. make sense? thanks :) mark
