www.tomshardware.com and www.anandtech.com both have guides for overclocking athlons. It is more difficult to overclock athlons because you need to physicially do some things in order to change the mulipler. As for Intel, you need to overclock the front side bus which is pretty easy. It's all done in the system bios. However to overclock coppermines, you would need very good ram and a video card that is tolerate of high agp speeds unless you're not using a bx chipset.
