The name of the game anymore is not to beat last year's equivalent quarter's numbers. That went out years ago. Now, you need to beat the street estimates for each quarter. I don't believe that investment capital gains are factored into those in advance. For your other point, I imagine Intel can position current PIII, Tualatin and P4 into a product line that might be a tad competitive. If you don't like the doom and gloomsters name, how about hyenas? Wild dogs? Vultures? Tony
