I am going to assume production will be at Freeport. To delay IND application a considerable length of time JUST for the capacity to manufacture at Yonkers might just as well spell disaster - if that keeps the company from filing for another LONG period of time into next year.

I have to believe the main focus has to be getting one IND in and then if they want to use Yonkers, they will have more time.

Whether ADVR wants to acknowledge it or not, there is a time factor her. At some point in time, there WILL be another company that produces a drug similar to Product R. There is more than one way to skin a cat, and they need to get THEIR method in place before anything like happens.
