I think so. I don't understand waves and pivot point type analysis. The Point & Figure NYSE Bullish percentage indicator kept my out of trouble in '97 (twice), '98 and '99. It's still bullish (It gets updated on Wednesdays, I hope these aren't famous last words!)

There are a great deal of high growth, low PE stocks breaking out right now. Oil could still go much higher though. Klinton putting oil on the market reminds me of Jimmy Carter selling gold in 1978.

Big cap high PE stocks are not dangerous unless they are in your portfolio!
