Austin, Wendt built GE Capital...without Wendt it would have been "Jack Welch who?"...Wendt's track record is one of the most outstanding achievements in American business history. How CNC's board got him to sign on amazes me. You could not have found a better man. One can argue the particulars of different issue about CNC, but I have always done best betting the Jockey and not the horse and Wendt is the #1 jockey for any financial company in America. Betting the man is what also kept me in QCOM for 4 years of going nowhere, Dr. Jacobs was worth betting on (different Irwin Jacobs for all you who will jump on me about that)...come to think of it betting on CNC is also a bet on the "other" Irwin Jacobs...I like the idea of making it big twice with the "Irwin Jacobs" of the world....best of luck Austin...I have great patience and have made CNC the biggest holding in the financial part of our portfolio.
