With this mornings earnings warning by Xerox and their mention that one of their strategies was going to be the sales of assets, I immediately became concerned that one of those assets might be DCTM stock. In checking the annual report I found the following note: "As of December 11, 1998, Xerox owned approximately 10% of the Company's outstanding common shares; however, on September 29, 1999, Xerox sold a majority of it's holdings and on October 6, 1999, Xerox completely divested all of their remaining holdings in the Company." nwsailor
