<<Besides, we have entertainment industry all over the world catering to trigger (toys only) happy kids. >>

Yep Gore is taking millions of $$ from them.

<<Under no circumstances should kids have access to guns. >>

I'm more likely to pull the trigger at 52 than I was at 16. I grew up around guns, never thought about shooting one at a person.

They
need to go through a whole gamut of life experiences and education before they touch and feel the gun.

I knew you'd get around to spouting your conservative views on sex;) BTW how does a "smarter" kid learn how to murder? I submit they are not smarter, but lack moral underpinnings. If by rougher you mean more violent, I agree. Blaming the NRA is specious. They promote safe gun ownership. Surely among the 20,000 laws it is illegal for a minor to own a handgun, carry a handgun, shoot someone with it etc. They even have silly laws that say I can't drive within 1000 ft of a school with a gun in the trunk, even if I'm on the way home.

If kids were truly smarter they would put a condom on that gun.
