According to the Fujifilm www site, their new "Super CCD" design uses hexagonal CCD rather than the conventional rectangular CCD, so they can squeeze more into a given area. (the honeycomb effect). I don't know how well it actually works in practice. Personally, I want pocket sized digital cameras. If I have a need for higher quality I'll use a good 35 mm SLR or a Pentax 645. From an investors point of view I like anything that sells more Compact Flash.:)

If 8 mm can take good quality movie pictures, why couldn't tape give excellent quality still pictures? A great deal of thought should be given to this,...No?!!!
