Wilbert reminded me of Walter " sweetness" Payton, small but with the heart of a lion. Both just went out there and gave 110%, no talking trash. I played my last high school football game at the Vet. It was for the city championship against Bishop Egan, My team Central High were the underdogs. Egan offensive line outweighed Our's by about 30 pounds. I remember the first time I hit that astroturf, it was wet, cold and hard. We won the game, what a great day. After Randall tore up His knee, He would run for the sidelines if there was any pressure up the middle. Fans really turned on Him, can't believe He is still playing now.
