Perhaps the BK will lower tequila demand by the bubbleheads. Alternatively, they may drink more, drowning their sorrows. You are right about the STR - best fill it to the max immediately.

So with a 10 year maturity for these plants, I go out and buy, say 10-20K worth of high grade Tequila, and it's a better investment than a good wine or JNPR?
