Your information about arbitration being in Hyundai best interests is really nothing but FUD. If it was Rambus would have been down significantly more than 3/8 on a day like today.
You know that I know that and so does the rest of this thread.
If you are gonna make up stuff make up something you can't get caught making up or at least sounds reasonable..<ggg>

Dan, I thought this was a federal case, not a state case. State rules would not be operative, I believe.
