Since their highs, CSCO, INTC, MSFT, YHOO, AOL and AMAT have dropped $1 trillion in market cap. And their P/E is still in the high double digits. If they were to drop another $trillion or 2, they'd still be wildly overpriced. But I think the most absurd case is GE. It is remaining as the lone Atlas propping up the whole market. If it loses its footing, then it's back to the poor-house for most of us.

JF3: A warning from IBM would certainly hit IBM pretty hard -- I think it is safe to say that it would lose 20-25 bucks in the blink of an eye -- and the rest of the market would continue on its downward slide at a faster pace.
