What it says on page 3 of the

Joint proxy statement/prospectus:

Infospace, Inc./ Go2net, Inc

In the proposed merger, a wholly-owned subsidiary of InfoSpace will merge with and into Go2Net. Go2Net will survive the merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Info Space.
The merger agreement is attached to this joint proxy statement/prospectus as Annex A. You are encouraged to read it carefully.

So is a wholly owned subsidiary an acquisition or a merger?!

I am buying the market in a VERY BIG way tomorrow.......I am buying ........INTC,CSCO,INSP,CIEN,QCOM,CMTN and a few other "names". In the past I have bought and traded out with some very quick profits(in addition to my long term positions)now it is a buy and hold mentality for me(for the first time in a LONG time). The market is at or near a BIG bottom......Sorry for the O.T. stuff, however I feel it is important.......I am also selling some INSP OCT 30 PUTS naked.Lots of luck to all.

levy, I sent emails to INSP - two of them - asking for clarification. I never received any response, which tells its own tale.

I am disappointed. I fear a betrayal.
