david, i'm pleased to learn that rachel was helpful. precisely what we need, huh? i'll bet PALM received plenty of feedback from some of the attendees themselves, don't you imagine? the kind of loyalty that we've all read about from these PALM developers doesn't allow for MSFT throwing that kind of a bash and word not getting back to yankowski & co. in fact, i'm sure there were deep, deep operatives in attendance <vbg>. we'll keep rachel on our preferred list. :) mark
