Paul, There is an SSB report pasted on the FTHL thread on Yahoo. I believe that it was sunday, broken into 8 posts or so. I printed it and read it off line. It is very interesting. WCII happens to be one of the 4 CLECs that they like (MCLD, AGLX and NXLK). I would recommend digging it up. tp investor.search.com 815 SSB report applies to all telecom.
