I don't remember. How did Clinton/Gore explain why sending poor befuddled Bill Richardson to the Saudi's pleading with them to turn off the oil taps to raise oil prices was good for Americans? Seemed to have worked for them.

But why does he not go round on campaign trail, yelling about it, considering it is good ? Because, people will not think what he did to them was good.
