...been telling people to sell this pig for 5 or more years!!! All the people I've met who have taken the buyouts in Rochester have said it's going no wheres fast, they've been dead nuts on....the only positive I've heard is a faint rumor that HWP will take them out.

I would think high 30's is a given with a shot at the high 20's if it gets real fugly. Oh look 39.81 printed..
