That is what supports the argument that legalized abortion accounts for the decline in crime. A million or so abortions a year at least 40 per cent in "the high crime groups," in each of the last 30 years eliminates a lot of future criminals. Maybe if we could get all fetuses aborted we could eliminate crime altogether.
