Even WCOM has succombed, so I don't know if it is a WCG issue or it is endemic to the sector. It will be interesting to see if these guys cut their cap-x budgets going into next year.

BC, it's quite likely that TGNT will go bankrupt. Their working capital is dwindling rapidly, and their negative book value makes it unlikely that they will be bought out:

siliconinvestor.com

The risk of shorting it is that it has already dropped from 100 to 10 in anticipation of BK, so the upside risk is much higher at this point.

i have no idea...but in cases like this i prefer not to play hero. usually it's better to wait for a bottom formation to appear on the chart.
