Lee, yea, i wondered the same thing, but in any event, the cops shouldn't have turned him into a collander.

I have gotten pretty paranoid about weapons on my person and in the vehicle. LEOs seem to be snapping wrong judgements and shooting first way too much for my comfort. -ng-

Lee--

>>>*OT* Ice, pardon but I am known for being politically incorrect so I have to ask, "Why was a mentaly handicapped guy that couldn't remember to pay for gas behind the wheel of a gas powered 2000 pound piece of iron hurling down the street in the first place?"<<<

I know of three people who suffered brain injuries and still drive. One guy shot in the head during a robbery and two from auto accidents where they were not at fault. Two have speech problems and appear "retarded." One has severe short term memory problems.

My point is the guy in question may have not been truly "retarded." If he were I doubt he could have passed the initial written driving test.

Assuming you can pass the eye test at license renewal that's all most motor vehicle divisions care about.
