Carl, Re radio emissions. Engineers worry about these things, and believe me, there wouldn't be a couple dozen motherboard makers working on getting product out if they couldn't get it past FCC. I wouldn't be so sure. Several UK computer "box builders" were successfully prosecuted recently by the trading standards organisations for selling computers which failed emissions tests. The offenders claimed that the individual components they used were CE marked, but the assembled systems nevertheless failed. John
