And you act like George Bush never made an opportunistic politically-timed remark. You really think that's true? Again, there's a lot about Gore to which I don't agree. However, I also point out there's lots of distortion relative to what he's said and done. Primary among examples is the Internet thing. Like any politician who takes credit for a bridge or a tunnel or a park, what's wrong with taking some credit for introducing the legislation which was necessary to break the Internet wide open? Republicans champing on this issue are championing distortion only, at a minimum as distortive as what they're alleging Gore has done. Read your own writing. You're not objective. Your post is replete with name-calling, inneuendo, acting as if someone were convicted when they were not. You write almost as if you were present at each of the events to which you complain about. Fact is you weren't, and much of what you're espousing is conditioned and resulting from prior affiliations. Astonishingly, you ended your post by linking me with all the accusations you've made against Gore. I don't recommend this to too many folks. But I think you should go to church, and I think you should visit the confessional. And I hope, when you do, you'll walk away continually uttering over and over..."forgive them, for they know not what they do"..."forgive me, for I didn't know what I was doing." Either that, or practice connecting rational thought to writing. Either action might assist you when it comes to awareness. Good luck!
