What is your position in this stock at this time; observation, let it break its upward trend?

I loved these quotes on why this is a good stock to buy:

Quicken.com: That sounds like about a C+ to me. Is that a good score?
Navellier: That’s actually a high score. When you mix growth and value, it’s hard to get everything right. An incredibly high score is 82. The highest combined score I’ve ever seen is an 88. I don’t have one like that right now. But relative to all other stocks, Applied Micro Circuits is in the top 5% on its fundamental score.

Quicken.com: What about this stock’s risk/return ratio?
Navellier: The risk is the stock’s standard deviation. That is how much it wiggles. If it wiggles 34% a month and that is its standard, I’m not worried about it. This stock wiggles 33.2% a month. That’s just the random movement. But its reward is 13.52% a month. It should continue to earn that much regardless what happens to the market.
