It's not clear what portion of that technology that will be shared with the Tower partners. Obviously, the fab process will be optimized for production of flash devices. However, each partner will probably have to come up with their own designs. Having Toshiba, SanDisk and Tower as fab partners probably guarantees the profitability of the fab. On the surface, it sounds like a good investment.
