-- Has price target of $105 on the stock.

-- Said ``Recent action in TI's stock price seems to suggest that the company's third quarter earnings outlook is at risk. Our checks suggest that is not the case.''

-- Left third quarter earnings estimate of 34 cents and fourth quarter estimate of 37 cents unchanged.

-- Slightly reduced wireless revenue estimates for the third and fourth quarters but said ``Better performance from other end markets for TI is taking up the slack.''
